# Fictional onboarding notes for workshop practice

These three notes were invented for this exercise. They are not participant quotes or real research findings. They do not establish prevalence or causation.

## N1 · Finding a first step
One volunteer opened the learning hub, found a list of lessons, and asked a teammate which lesson to start with.

## N2 · A sign-in pause
One volunteer selected a lesson and saw a sign-in request. They paused and asked whether an account was required to preview the lesson.

## N3 · A different route
One volunteer received a direct lesson link from a teammate and completed that lesson. We do not know whether they had used the hub before.

## What is missing
We do not know how participants were recruited, how common these experiences are, what caused each action, or which design change would help. No direct quotes, demographic details, usability metrics or screenshots are supplied.
